IRO UTSUSHI Privacy Policy

The operator of IRO UTSUSHI (“we”) sets out below how user information is handled in the app “IRO UTSUSHI” for iPhone and iPad (the “App”).

1. Information the App handles

The App handles the colors you select, the movement of your finger on the screen, values calculated from that movement, the images it generates, and your app settings. These are used solely to provide the recording, display, and playback features of the App.

2. Collection and transmission of information

The App does not collect or transmit personal information or usage information to our servers. The App has no account registration, no advertising, no analytics, and no features that track users. We do not provide the records handled by the App to any third party.

3. Storage on your device

The records and settings you create in the App are stored on your device. Depending on your device settings, this data may be included in Apple’s iCloud backup. The handling of information in an iCloud backup is governed by the terms and privacy policy set out by Apple.

4. Deleting data

Records you have created can be deleted individually from the history screen of the App. All data inside the App can be deleted by removing the App from your device. Data stored in an iCloud backup must be managed by you, from your device or from Apple’s settings.

To contact the operator of IRO UTSUSHI, please use the Sizu dev contact page. Information you provide when contacting us is handled only to the extent necessary to answer and act on your inquiry. The Sizu dev Privacy Policy applies to the handling of information on the contact page.

6. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in the features of the App or in applicable law. If we make a significant change, we will announce it on this page.
