For anything about the apps and services made by Sizu dev, please write to us using the form below.
The form itself is written in Japanese, but you are welcome to write to us in English. Sizu dev is run by one person and is not a bilingual operation — we read messages and write replies with the help of translation tools. Simple, direct wording reaches us best, and we hope you will excuse any awkwardness in our reply. The two fields you need are the message body and, if you would like a reply, your contact details.

Before you write
- For bug reports, it helps a great deal if you tell us your device (iPhone / iPad / computer), its OS version, the app or browser version, and what you were doing on which screen when the problem happened.
- Sizu dev is run by one person, so we cannot promise a reply to every message. Thank you for understanding.

How we handle what you send us
We use Google Forms, provided by Google LLC, to receive inquiries. What you enter in the form, along with your contact details, is used only to answer your inquiry and to keep a record of how it was handled, and is not provided to any third party except where required by law.
